SBL (Skim Bantuan
Latihan) Scheme
Financial
assistance in the form of
training grants are
considered for all types of
training programmes relevant
to the needs of the employer
for the retraining and
skills upgrading of
employees. However,
prior approval of the PSMB
Secretariat is a requisite
before the commencement of
the training programme by
filing Form PSMB/SBL/1/01.

PROLUS (Program Latihan
yang Diluluskan) Scheme
Employers can claim
reimbursement from HRDF without
need to apply prior approval
for training courses conducted
with training providers that
have registered with the PSMB
and obtained the Approved
Training Programme (ATP) status
for their courses/ programmes.

SBL - Khas Scheme
A training scheme that
enables employers to join
programmes offered under SBL
Scheme without having to pay
any upfront fee or by paying
only a small upfront fee
depending on PSMB’s rate of
grant approval.
Prior approval from PSMB is
required by filing Form PSMB/SBL/1/01
and PSMB/SBLKhas/T1/01.
Employers must submit Form
PSMB/SBL-Khas/T2/01 to MEF
before commencement of the
training programme.
