BrochureOnline Registration

Employers are faced with the daunting task of complying with the provisions of numerous labour laws, failure of which will bring about costly and time-consuming consequences.

Labour Ordinance (Sabah Cap.67) is a fundamental law, which together with the Rules, provides the minimum terms of employment to those recognised as employees under the Ordinance. This training will provide an excellent opportunity for participants to sift through the legal jargons and gain a clearer understanding of the employers’ obligations under the Ordinance. During the training, they will also be exposed to other related laws in the Ordinance.
