Objectives
In view of the COVID 19 pandemic crisis which likely to prolong over many months, employers are facing economic challenges whilst HR activities need to be coordinated simultaneously with new business operating requirements.  This program is designed to make participants aware of procedural aspects to be followed in enforcing disciplinary rules during and post MCO. Participants upon completion of this course would be able to deal with disciplinary issues, recommend and enforce appropriate disciplinary action while complying with  best practice IR procedures. Common disciplinary issues arising during and post MCO will be highlighted.

Trainer
Mr Nantha Kumar, Sr Consultant IR, joined MEF in 2009. He has represented many MEF member companies at Industrial Court, conciliation proceedings, and Labour court cases. He has extensive experience in IR matters including training. He has prior working experience with a commercial Bank. After qualifying as an Advocate & Solicitor he practiced with Messrs Sri Ram & Co and Messrs P Kuppusamy & Co specializing in Employment Laws before joining MEF.
