HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER (Subang Jaya)
This position will report to the Regional HR Director and General Manager.
Responsibilities:
- You will responsible for the full spectrum of human resources including recruitment, training & development management, employee relations, performance management and compensation & benefits.
- You will formulate plans and implement policies, procedures and programs to support and add value to our business growth.
Requirements:
- You should be degree qualified - preferably in Human Resources Management or Occupational Psychology.
- At least 3 to 5 years of HR managerial experiences.
- Well-versed with the Malaysian labour laws and industrial relations
- You are comfortable working in a lean structure with hands-on work style.
- A strong communicator with good interpersonal & influencing skills, energetic and possesses good analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English & Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.
