MEF

The objective of the ‘Member-Get-Member’ scheme is to encourage member companies to introduce MEF to companies, which have not joined MEF as a member, with a view of enrolling them as members. Under this scheme, MEF will reward individuals from member companies who introduce a non-member company to MEF and successfully make the non-member companies enrol as a member of MEF.

HOW THE ‘MEMBER-GET-MEMBER’ SCHEME WORKS

Step 1
A personnel from MEF member company introduces a non-member company to join MEF as a member. For every membership application forms submitted to MEF, a questionnaire will be sent to the applicant’s company to obtain the source of how the company gets to know MEF. The applicant for new membership will also be required to provide the name of the introducer.

Step 2
The introducer will be informed of the application made by the company that he/she introduces. A cheque of RM450.00 will be sent to the individual once the applicant’s company is notified of the approval of membership application.

An individual from the member company may introduce more than one new member. However, if an association is introduced, the introducer will be rewarded with RM450.00 cash regardless of the number of members the association concerned has.

This Individual MGM Scheme is effective from 1st September 2003 until further notice as decided by the MEF Council.
