 Telekom Research & Development Sdn Bhd V Ahmad Farid Bin Abdul Rahman 2022 1 MELR 404 - Court of Appeal  The Industrial Court had ruled that the Company, had proven the misconduct against the Claimant, and that the dismissal was with just cause and excuse.
