Brochure & Registration Form

The enforcement officers of the Labour Department are empowered to conduct statutory inspections on places of employment to ensure compliance of the provisions of the Employment Act 1955. At this seminar, employers will be provided with technical knowledge and reliable information to take effective remedial measures, methods and procedures including the best practices to fulfil their legal obligations to comply with the Employment Act 1955.

This seminar would also create in-depth awareness on the common non-compliances with the Employment Act to reduce the exposure of the employers to legal actions by the enforcement officers.
