The entire country is now again under Movement Control Order (MCO) restrictions. Inter-district and inter-state movement are restricted. Face to face meetings is restricted, hence it is not possible to conduct the usual face to face Domestic Inquiry (DI).
The conduct of a DI should not be delayed due to the MCO, as undue delay in conducting DI that is mandatory in the Due Process of disciplinary action can be deemed as condonation. Conducting a Virtual DI is thus an unavoidable option under the new normal. It can be done.
This One- Day Course is to provide Practical Guidelines to Conduct A Virtual DI. The objective of the course is for participants to be equipped with the comprehensive knowledge of DI per se and importantly capable to conduct the Virtual DI that is valid and accurate, adhering to the Rules of Natural Justice, confirming Best Practices of Industrial Relations and the Law.
