Dr. Priya Ragunath, FFOM (IRE), MPH (MAL), MPH [OH] (MAL), FAGE(IND), CMIA (MAL), CAOCH (USA) Public Health Physician, Occupational Physician, Head of Occupational & Environmental Health Sector Of Ministry Of Health, Malaysia

DR. PRIYA RAGUNATH is a fellow of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine, Royal College of Physicians Ireland. She is a Public Health Physician as well as an Occupational Physician and is currently the Head of the Occupational and Environmental Health Sector in the Ministry of Health, Malaysia. Dr Priya is also the Chairman of the Society of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (SOEM) under the Malaysian Medical Association (MMA) as well as the President of the Society of Occupational Physicians (MSOP). She is also an examiner and lecturer for the Licentiate and Membership Program (LFOM, MFOM) of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine, Royal College of Physicians, Ireland. Currently, she is the Focal Point for Occupational Health for Malaysia in the ASEAN Cluster 1 group.
Dr. Yuka Ujita, Senior OSH Specialist, ILO DWT/CO-Bangkok

DR. YUKA UJITA is a medical doctor by profession and holds Ph.D in Preventive Medicine from the University of Occupational and Environmental Health, Japan (UOEH), as well as a Diploma on Occupational Health. Her work experience in the medical field spanned over twelve years, serving for several medical facilities. As a certified occupational physician, she offered Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) services to both workers and employers in various settings.

TN HJ MOHD SYUKRI AHMAD SUDARI is the Chief People Officer at AFFIN Bank Berhad. He has more than 20 years of working experiences in human resources which covers diversified industries including financial, telecommunications, aerospace, engineering and insurance sectors. He also serves as the Board Member of Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDCORP), the Vice President, Council Member of the Malaysian Employers Federation (MEF) and the President of Association of Insurance Employers (AIE). He is a cutting-edge HR leader in Malaysia when it comes to implementing tech driven solutions.
Dato' Sri Dr. Mohammed Azman Bin Dato' Aziz Mohammed, Chief Executive Officer of SOCSO Malaysia

DATO’ SRI DR. MOHAMMED AZMAN BIN DATO' AZIZ MOHAMMED, the CEO of the SOCSO, has initiated various innovations to enhance SOCSO’s commitment to occupational safety and health, disability management, prevention, employee health promotion, and employment services. A Medical Doctor by profession, Dr. Mohammed Azman spearheaded SOCSO’s Return to Work Programme, which is a global Best Practice, and was directly involved in the establishment of SOCSO’s state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Centre. Under his leadership, SOCSO’s social safety net has been extended to the self-employed, workers with loss of employment, foreign workers and recently, domestic workers.
Encik Mohd Effendy bin Abdul Ghani, Deputy President of MTUC

ENCIK MOHD EFFENDY ABDUL GHANI is the Deputy President of Malaysian Trade Unions Congress (MTUC) since January 2020. He has vast experiences as Unionist as he was the General Secretary of Union of Pos Malaysia Clerical (UPCW) from 2008 to January 2020. Later, in January 2020, he was elected as the President of UPCW till now. He has been involved in the union movement since 1996 and he has been active in the trade union movement since 2000 until now. His involvement in the national labor movement when he joined the Malaysian Trades Union Congress (MTUC) and UNI Malaysia Labor Center (UNI MLC) since 2008.
Dato’ Hj Jalaldin Bin Haji Hussain, MEF Senior Consultant – Industrial Relations

DATO’ HJ JALALDIN BIN HAJI HUSSAIN has vast experiences in the field of industrial relations and human resource development and management and has adjudicated on numerous Industrial Court cases. He rejoined the Industrial Court as Task Force Chairman in 2018 and retired on 31 December 2019. On 16 June 2021, he joined MEF as Senior Consultant – Industrial Relations. Upon reading law with the University of Malaya in 1982, he joined the Anti Corruption Agency as Deputy Public Prosecutor (DPP). In 2005, Dato’ Haji Jalaldin was the Assistant Commissioner with the Legal Advisory Department. In 2006, Dato’ Haji Jalaldin was appointed as the Chairman of Industrial Court Kuala Lumpur till his retirement in August 2014.
