MEF Salary Survey for Executives and Non Executives 2015

The 21st edition of Salary Survey for Executives and Non Executives was carried out on 1 June 2015. The report represented the private sector salary benchmarks in Malaysia.

Among the findings of the Survey were:
  • The average salary increase for executives in 2015 was 5.97% as compared to 5.53% in 2014.
  • The average salary increase for non executives in 2015 was 5.44% which was slightly lower as compared to 5.43% in 2014.
  • The overall average forecasted salary increase for executives in 2016 was 5.57% while for the non-executives, the average forecasted salary increase in 2016 was at 5.51%.
