COURSE OBJECTIVES
Team dynamics refers to the patterns of interaction within the group as the team develops. This program is designed to explore the underlying characteristics of individuals, their impact on group behavior and the development stages towards effective teams. With knowledge of this pattern of interaction and team development process, participants will be able to address the challenges faced working in teams and apply the measures to rapidly achieve team synergy.

Trainer
Mr. Sri Vahlsan has more than 15 years of experience in the area of People Relations. Backed with years of working experience in the Hospitality and Education Industry has given him sound knowledge in Employee Relations especially in employee Recruitment & Recruitment & Selection and Customer Service . Geared with this exposure and experience, his delivery has been able to bridge the gaps in organizational needs by transforming the contents into reflective inputs for employees to succeed in their working place. He was also involved in the pre-opening of Hotels where he had designed the Behavioral Based recruitment system for several departments.
Mr. Sri’s areas of specialization includes Customer Service, Communication Skills, Employee Skills Development, Motivation, Product Knowledge Development and Competency/Behavioral Based Recruitment & Selection. He has also assisted organization’s in carrying out their Training Needs Analysis while looking at specific approaches. He is a Licensed Practitioner of NLPTM (certified by The Society Society Of NLP, Certified Trainer in Management Training Program issued by (NICC) Japanese Business Federation and a Certified Professional Trainer issued by by Swinburne University Sarawak and HRDF Certified Trainer.
