OBJECTIVES
This ½ day programme will assist employers on dealing with harassment, including providing practical advice on the important policies & procedures on sexual harassment. Participants will be equipped with the key case laws and principles of the Anti-Sexual Harassment Bill 2021, which is due for gazettement in 2022.

Ms. Usha Devi is the General Manager, Industrial Relations of Malaysian Employers Federation (MEF). She has Masters in Law (LLM Mal), LLB Hons (UK ) and a Certified HRDC Trainer . She was a practicing Advocate & Solicitor with more than 18 years of specialization in industrial relations. Ms. Usha also has expertise in mediation and has assisted clients at the Industrial Court as well as coached mediation workshops for judges and other court officers. She is recognized as the Federation of Integrated Conflict Management – The Mediation & Conciliation Network (FICM-MCN) accredited member and representative Neutral to serve as Mediator, Arbitrator Negotiator and Ombudsman.
She was MEF Council Member from 2008 – 2018 & 2020- August 2021.
