| The Employees’ Minimum Standards of Housing, Accommodations and Amenities Act 1990 (Act 446) has incorporated the amendments under the Workers’ Minimum Standards of Housing and Amenities (Amendment) Act 2019 hereinafter referred to as Act A1604) which came into operation on 1 September 2020 and the latest amendments to Act 446 under the Emergency (Employees’ Minimum Standards of Housing, Accommodations and Amenities) (Amendment) Ordinance 2021 (hereinafter referred to as "Emergency Amendment Ordinance") which came into operation on 26 February 2021. |
