With our team of IR experts, MEF provides valuable services and assistance to members to manage their business and their human resources more effectively through best practices with regards to matters such as employer-employee relations, union negotiation, labour legislations, wage systems, medical and other social benefits. Whilst all consultancy services provided at our premises are complementary, court representations, conciliations and specialised consultancy services are minimally charged.
Big Data Research & Information
The Big Data, Research, and Information Department (BRID) provides essential support to the Malaysian Employers Federation by conducting comprehensive research, analysis, and reporting on pertinent issues reflecting the private sector employers’ interests. It also publishes materials based on its annual surveys, polls, conferences and advocacy initiatives. BRID carries its flagship surveys on Salaries, Fringe Benefits, Medical Benefits and Collective Agreements. The Department also engages with the Malaysian government through the Ministry of Economy (MoE), Ministry of Human Resources (KESUMA), Department of Statistics Malaysia (DoSM) in addition to International Labour Organization (ILO), International Organization of Employers (IOE), and ASEAN Confederation of Employers (ACE) through research and policy change.
